1. Payment Methods: You can pay by credit card (3% surcharge) or bank transfer.


2. Cleaning Costs
- Two-week stays: Mid-stay cleaning: 2 hours, carried out by 2 persons, cost of €80.

Full final cleaning: at the end of the second week, cost of €350.

- Three-week stays: Two mid-stay cleanings (one in the middle of the first week and one in the middle of the second week), each costing €80.

Full final cleaning: at the end of the third week, cost of €350.

- One-month stays: Three mid-stay cleanings (one at the end of each week), each costing €80.

Full final cleaning: at the end of the month, cost of €350.


3. Tourist Tax: €1 per adult per day for the first 7 days.


4. Low Season Expenses: During the winter low season (15/10 to 15/04), there is a supplement of €300 per week for water, electricity, and gas, based on actual consumption. For monthly stays, the cost is €800 per month.


5. Late Check-in (20:00 to 24:00): Supplement of €45.


6. Late Check-in (after 24:00): Supplement of €70.


7. Supplement for 8 people or more: €15 per person per day in June, July, and August.


8. Pets: Supplement of €100 per week.


9. Supplement for Short Stays including New Year's: €250.


10. Refundable Damage Deposit: €1000 for weekly bookings and €1500 for monthly bookings, refundable 7 days after check-out.
