Cocoonr/Book&Pay Agency offers you this charming 66 m² apartment in Épinay-sur-Seine which can accommodate up to 4 people. Located on the first floor, it comprises a 28 m² living room, an open-plan fitted kitchen, two bedrooms, two bathrooms (with shower and bath) and a 60 m² garden. Wifi (fiber optics) included, we're waiting for you !
The accommodation is composed as follows :

- 28 m² living room with TV, sitting area and dining area
- A fully-equipped kitchen including : electric kettle, oven, toaster, dishwasher, hob...
Sleeping area
- Bedroom 1 : Double bed with en-suite shower room
- Bedroom 2 : Double sofa bed with TV and desk
- Bathroom (with bath) with WC
Exterior
- An enclosed south-west-facing garden with furniture for enjoying fine weather
- A 20 m² terrace adjoining the garden
The apartment is ideally located in Épinay-sur-Seine, in a very pleasant environment. You'll benefit from close proximity to all the essential shops as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...
Transportation :
If you choose to come by car, you can park in the free public car park close to the accommodation.
For other modes of transport, here's some information you may find useful :
- Nearest train station : Epinay-sur-Seine (1.8 km) ; Enghien les Bains (1.5 km)
- Nearest airport : Paris-Charles de Gaulle airport (31 km)

- Pets are not allowed in the accommodation
