On the ground floor: large equipped kitchen (dishwasher, microwave, oven, induction hob with telescopic hood), central island.

Upstairs: two bedrooms with a 140x190cm double bed. A bathroom with shower and sink, washer-dryer. Separate toilet
Very nice outdoor space, with a view of the countryside, terrace, 3000m² garden with trees and enclosed, shared with the second gîte.
Parking on the property, secured by a gate. Gas plancha, garden furniture, ping-pong table.
