The detached holiday home built in 1988, was renovated in 2020 and is furnished in a functional style. Also due to the view over a panorama from the property and its quiet and sunny location the domicile is popular. Available for your exclusive use: sunbathing lawn, sun lounger, barbecue facilities, terrace, garden furniture and Hollywood swing.

Fonyód. The holiday home is located on a 750 sqm enclosed garden plot with meadow, flowers, shrubs and trees, bordered by a fence. The landlord lives in a separate building on the property. Access is via a side road (asphalted). Parking (for 3 cars) is available on the property and on the street in front of the house.

air conditioning. Facilities: internet access (WLAN). TV reception takes place via satellite.
Pool
All pools are available for exclusive use. Outdoor pool (usable from early June to early October, 2,5 m x 4 m, depth 1,5 m).
Dogs
allowed, EUR 5.00/pet per day.

Shopping 650 m, restaurant 750 m, town center 1,6 km. In summer: Balaton 1000 m in Fonyód. Fonyód: dog beach 1500 m and water sports 2,5 km.
