The detached holiday home was renovated in 2009 and is furnished in a typical country style. The property is located in a residential area. Also due to its quiet and sunny location the domicile is popular. Available for your exclusive use: sunbathing lawn, sun lounger, barbecue facilities, terrace and garden furniture.

Access is via a side road (asphalted). Parking (for 4 cars) is available on the property. Access to the house by a 10 m long gravel road.
