Die helle Ferienwohnungen "Fritz" (ca.36 m²) ist für drei Personen ausgelegt. Im schönen, lichtdurchfluteten Schlafzimmer steht ein bequemes Doppelbett sowie ein SAT-TV. Das Bad besteht aus Dusche und WC. Die vollausgestattete Wohnküche mit Backofen, Kühlschrank und Herd lädt zum Kochen ein. In der Wohnküche steht des Weiteren eine Eckbank mit Esstisch und Stühlen sowie ein Einzelbett.
